Neil Radey is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Law School. He is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the General Counsel division, based in New York. He is General Counsel for the Americas and Asset Management division and co-General Counsel for the Investment Banking division. He is a member of the Investment Bank Management Committee. Prior to his current role, Mr. Radey was General Counsel for the Securities Division of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB). He served as Chief Operating Officer for Finance, Administration & Operations (FA&O) from 2000-2001 and for the Finance & Risk Cluster of FA&O for 2002. From 1999-2000, Mr. Radey was the Deputy General Counsel-Americas, with primary responsibility for the legal affairs of the Investment Banking Division. Prior to that, Mr. Radey served as the Bank’s General Counsel-Asia Pacific in 1997 and 1998. Prior to joining the Bank in 1995, Mr. Radey was Investment Banking Counsel at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and a Senior Associate at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in New York. Mr. Radey was also an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles and New York. Before joining Gibson, Dunn, Mr.Radey clerked for Judge Van Dusen on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Radey received his J.D. and M.B.A. in 1983 from Cornell University.
